Holibob is an innovative Travel Technology company that is looking to digitise the highly fragmented tours, experiences, and things-to-do market. This exciting business vertical remains the final pillar of the travel industry to not have been effectively aggregated and made available for consumers to easily access. Holibob is coming at this problem by developing a best-in-class B2B technology platform that enables consumer facing travel and lifestyle businesses to access the tours & experiences market through a single platform. The goal is to provide consumer facing businesses with technology that enables them to improve their customers experience and drive incremental revenue through the distribution of tours & experiences.

The Individual 

 

We are looking for someone to join our team, as an Account Manager with a similar mentality to help Holibob reach the next stage of our growth. Within this role, you will oversee and manage the integration of new Partners and work with our sales team to ensure the seamless adoption of the Holibob API and our other front-end booking tools and services. We require a dynamic and driven individual, who has the desire to work as part of an agile start-up. The job will be demanding, yet rewarding, with the decisions that you make being acted upon and implemented on a daily basis. We expect the successful candidate to take ownership of the position and be able to work independently, whilst continuously producing the desired results.

 

We expect for this individual to not only work autonomously, but also be able to think independently and innovatively to solve the problems that the Partners of Holibob faces. There remains no easy answers for how to effectively distribute experiences and things-to-do, and we are looking for an individual who relishes solving problems in order to achieve results. Within the position this individual will also be required to communicate technical requirements from Partners to internal stakeholders, therefore the ability to comprehend and communicate complex concepts is going to be critical. However, the ability to do this can be learnt, whereas the desire and hunger to learn cannot, therefore we are always looking to work with people who have this desire. The Role:

  • Manage key accounts of leading global travel brands and lifestyle companies to ensure customer success and to maximise sales & revenue for Holibob.
  • Provide the day-to-day connection between the Holibob technology team, internal commercial stakeholders, and third-party technology and commercial teams.
  • Onboard new accounts seamlessly, whilst ensuring Go-Live timelines are met for agreed front-end partner integration(s).
  • Manage the performance of all connections including new builds, rebuilds, upgrades, day-to-day success rates, access to inventory, rates, rate plans, content, and availability.
  • Develop partner customer success strategies and criteria to meet the needs of the business and achieve revenue growth in collaboration with Chief Commercial Officer, whilst ensuring objectives and product plan(s) are aligned with corporate vision.
  • Work proactively with Sales and Supply teams to optimize conversion rates and engagement through the booking journey.
  • Develop and maintain strong mutually beneficial, long-term strategic relationships with both internal and external stakeholders
  • Leverage commercial and technical data to identify and quantify opportunities that will enhance the sale of tours & experiences products.
  • Overseeing, managing clean-up and maintenance of CRM and other sales software applications
  • Identify and manage recommendations to drive differentiated customer experience(s) across our distribution channels (white label, B2B site, app)

Skills:

  • Proven background within either travel technology or travel company are essential
  • Excellent Sales and Customer Success skills are essential
  • Knowledge of CRM is preferred
  • Knowledge of Prince 2 or similar is preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent Interpersonal skills
